Can’t sign up for Paramount Plus, internal error

So I can’t sign up for Paramount Plus through my Roku. It simply says, can’t sign you up due to an internal error. I’ve tried 7 or 8 times. I have also deleted and re downloaded the app, restarted my Roku, nothing works. I really shouldn’t have to work so hard to give Viacom my money!

I'd suggest giving your money to Viacom directly, via their website at paramountplus.com.  Then the first time you attempt to view a program on Paramount Plus you should be able to sign into your Paramount Plus account using the credentials you established when setting up the Paramount Plus account.

This will also give the benefit of being able to view Paramount Plus on any platform they support (computer browser, mobile device, streaming devices in addition to Roku).

Roku is stealing money from their customers for a free trial I was charged $16.34 the same day and I cannot even watch anything it's still saying sign up for free I hate that I trusted Roku never again I will have to get a new card

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.

In addition, please be aware that if you previously had a free trial through the same Roku account (on any Roku device linked to your account), you will not be eligible for another free trial with that specific service. We highly recommend reviewing the terms for any trial, prior to signing up.
