Can't see how to upgrade my Britbox from monthly to annual

I subscribed to Britbox via Roku but can't see how to change my monthly subscription to annual.

Britbox says I have to do it via Roku.

If you need help changing your subscription from monthly to annual, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here and then choose Accounts, payments & subscriptions. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
