Can’t renew MLBtv subscription because system thinks I have one which I clearly do not
My MLBtv account expired on the 20th. Since then I have tried to renew my subscription but I get a message saying my device already has a subscription purchased. Clearly this can’t be the case if I obviously cannot watch any game since I don’t have a subscription

Hi @DrCarellaJr, we see you're having issues with your MLB.TV subscription. As @renojim mentioned, you can always login to https://my.roku.com for an easier way to manage your subscriptions. After checking your Roku account, it seems that you were able to resubscribe. But if you have any other issues, feel free to let us know or send us a direct message here on the Roku Community!
