I have Starz on my Roku. My credit card bill says Roku for Starz so Starz says it's Rokus problem. When I updated the email address on Roku they had me reset back to factory settings. When I brought it back up, Starz wouldn't open. Said email or password incorrect. The problem is, the email I used to start Starz no longer exists. Spectrum deleted my mailbox after I changed to Frontier. So how do I change the email address for Starz? When I put in the old email address it says "invalid email".
If you have it through Roku, you shouldn't need to put in any email address. Try accessing Starz through "The Roku Channel" app.

If you factory reset your Roku device and linked it to a new account, the subscription is tied to the old account.
