HBO says my sub is through roku pay.
Roku pay says I don’t have any active subscriptions.
One of these **bleep**ers just charged my account on Monday.
Any advice on how I may track down how to manage this subscription?
What are the circumstances? Do you actually have an HBO Max subscription and are just trying to cancel? Or did some charge mysteriously show up on your credit card statement?
Because those two things are way different, and have way different approaches to solving.
The way you worded things indicates you have had a subscription. But the wording also leans to the second. So, tell us more. What's the backstory? Then we can offer proper guidance on resolving.
