It's sad to see this issue has yet to be fully addressed. Not everyone has a computer to use. Has everyone that has gotten to work been on a computer?
I just tried to change my pin on a phone and it was greyed out. Worked fine on a computer.
I ended up contacting customer service via chat, and it was chgd by a live agent. But, that still doesn't negate not being able to use the self help feature online. So many are having this issue, and it still hasn't been resolved.
