I need to update a credit card for Discovery+, but when I go to the accounts section on Discovery+.com it says I need to change it through Roku. When I go to the account on Roku, there's no option to update a credit card for just one subscription. I had been being charged for CBS interactive which is a subscription I never signed up for, and now that I have a new credit card I only want to update the payment method for Discovery+ because I have a full stop on the other subscription.
For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team. Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
@Larain901, contact billing as was suggested, but I'm telling you right now you can't have multiple credit cards for different subscriptions. As far as I know you can have one and only one payment method for "Roku Pay".
