Thanks for the inquiry, and welcome to the Roku Community!

Please be advised that you need a Spectrum TV plan in addition to Spectrum Internet to access Spectrum TV on Roku. You can add the Spectrum TV channel to your Roku device by downloading the Spectrum TV app from the Roku Channel Store.

You have to have a Spectrum subscription. Content will be based on what you paid for. No different than .any other streaming app (Netflix, Hulu, etc). Login to the Spectrum app using spectrum user id/pw.
