Can I completely remove my Roku pay information from one of my linked devices only?

I have a unique situation in that I have a rental property where I must provide some sort of cable TV.  The only cable provider is Spectrum, which Roku doesn't any longer support.  I'd prefer to use the guest access but to do so I lose the Spectrum app and the TV channels with it.  Alternatively I could login with my regular account, and logout of all the streaming services on this device only, which I've done, but can I also remove my Roku pay from just this device so other renters can't purchase items from my account?

Unfortunately, the pay information is tied to the account, not the device.
