I have noticed for a long time I have a roku charge for CBS Interactive charges. I went to my subscriptions and it is not listed. What is this charge? I tried to update to a new cc number and there is no way to do this. Have I been getting scammed? Thank you

This does not show up in my subscriptions but I’m still getting charges for CBS… you also have a terrible customer service menu!!! It’s been months I have been getting charged. And I can’t get in it nor do I want it!
no one to answer the questions!!!!

@cdimaria CBS charge is likely Paramount +. If Paramount + does not show up in your subscriptions, either you have a second Roku account or the charge is not from Roku.
If you look closer at the dates of the charges, it could be paramount+ and/or peacock. I'd love to take the credit for noticing it, but it was my bank that pointed the cost - date. That's why they keep saying to check your charges on the roku website. The names are different, but the dates and price line up. Good luck!
I've tried this on a few occasions now but the whole thing is just a loop and nothing ever happens. It appears as though Roku is just intentionally stealing from the public. No usable phone number is always a red flag to me and it should be with others. Mark [personal information removed] call me if you actually care about helping rectify the problem or i will close the card it keeps getting charged to.
@Mark1269 I have no idea what "this" is when you tried this. Have you logged into your Roku account on a computer and gone to manage subscriptions? If the subscription is not listed in your Roku account you may have a second Roku account with a different email or the charge may not be from Roku.
