they sent me 6 emails on April 5 -one April -1 one Mar31
they gave me a refund for Jan than kept charging
meanwhile the tv icon says ;"Sorry Paramount not available in your area" before April it said sorry CBS ALL ACCESS not available in your area
The April 5 emails 1. cbs... ended 2/27/21 2. refund 5.99 3. paramount expired 4. paramont case #can not grant refunds but one time courtesy 5. subscription cancelled 6. applied for refund

mar 31 maybe you need password reset
5.99 x 5== 29.95 5.95 reimbursed 4/7 21 on a site that has never worked
why -because it says ROKU cbs CANADA I live in Missouri ! the CANADIAN hep can not be called from USA unless I took ou sub to pay for Canadian phone access.WHAT a nightmare!
When you go to a website that returns the location indicated by your IP (such as https://www.iplocation.net/) does it show your correct location?
The location shown in the website is not right it is totally different from my present location and the location is not near to any of my present location.

No, I am not getting any error code it just shows the wrong location of mine
