You subscribed through Roku, and not directly with the service Website?
You went to https://my.roku.com/ and logged in? You then clicked on the Manage your subscriptions link?
The resulting Subscriptions page showed the subscription as Active? And it wouldn't let you cancel?
If you didn't do that, do that.
