There is no number. You have to jump through the hoops at https://support.roku.com/contactus
And spending some time on this forum will probably help with understanding how it works. Roku has a bunch of help pages too.

Your customer support system doesn't work. I've gone there many times. it doesn't load. I've wasted a lot of time watching the darn spinning will saying it is loading. You guys are charging us months after I have canceled my subscription with a Chanel (Disney). How else can we get hold of you guys?
Just a note that when I go to the Webpage https://support.roku.com/contactus it works for me. There may be some hiccup in your browser. So, I'd suggest signing out of Roku, then clearing all cookies containing "roku" then close the browser. Shut down the computer. Don't restart, do a full shutdown. After about 30 seconds, start the computer, launch your browser, and log in to Roku. Then go to the Contact page and try it.
