I bought a new Roku device through Roku.com. USPS says it was delivered, but I never received it. I have not had a problem with package theft before, and I have gone through the USPS "missing package" claims process, but I wanted to check with Roku to see if there is anything that can be done here, or if I just need to buy another one.
(I'm not actually expecting Roku to replace it, but I am sort of hoping they have a record of what device I was sent and can somehow see if it has been registered by another user and either bill that user for it or disable it permanently. I know that's sort of mean, but I'm peeved.)
