Bought Roku Express as Guest

I ordered Roku Express on 11-18-22 and received an email with order number and message saying "Your order is in stock and processing. We’ll let you know when it ships."  Furthermore, I received an email stating "Your order is on the way" on the 19th. I checked the tracking number and unfortunately it was with the USPS and looks like it either got lost in the mail or was stolen ,because i never received it. I don't know what else to do so this is me taking a stab in the dark to see if this will even help. I would like a refund or it to be sent again but not via USPS.
