On 9/23 I signed up for ESPN+ monthly plan @ $9.99 to watch a particular football game.
ROKU AND ESPN both billed my credit card $9.99 on 9/23 for ESPN+.
I cancelled the ESPN+ on my ROKU account on 10/08, and Roku acknowledged my cancellation via e-mail.
I called my credit card company about the 2 charges, and they said to contact ESPN.
At ESPN customer service I was told that they were billing my card for $9.99, and I needed to contact ROKU to get them to refund the "extra" charge.
She also said they had billed my card again on 10/23, but she would fix that charge,
I then went to support.roku.com/contactus/contact-options for ESPN+ billing to get help.
Page has been loading for 25 minutes, and it has not loaded.....no help.
There is obviously a glitch, or something wrong with billing between ROKU and ESPN+.
I want my $9.99 refunded, but where does a customer get help?
SAME THING HERE. I'VE BEEN PAYING MONTHLY AND JUST WANT THE ANNUAL TO STOPPPPP. I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO SUPPORT. I CANCELED THE MONTHLY BUT I DON'T WANT THE ANNUAL EITHER BECAUSE I'M ANGRY AND AS IT STANDS I AM PREPAID FOR TWO YEARS.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
