Blackout at the beginning of the Dallas and Las Vegas NFL game.

For the first fifteen minutes of todays game I could not load my Paramount Plus Premium subscription. I contacted Paramount First and they said contact Roku. There is absolutely nothing on your site to cover this topic. This is not the first time. Why does this happen constantly? Why am I paying for a service that is absolutely this far substandard?

Roku can only pass on the programming provided by Paramount+.   Personally, I think you got a bad answer from Paramount.
