To verify if your subscription is being billed and handled through Roku, visit my.roku.com/subscriptions to find it listed there. Additionally, you can review your billing statement: subscriptions billed by Roku will appear as a charge from "Roku," "Roku for ___," or "The Roku Channel." You must contact those streaming services directly to manage or cancel your subscription if you receive charges without Roku on the billing statement.
