Billing issue on my credit card from Roku can't reach human to help

I have a new charge on my credit card that says Roku for Disney Electronics for $84.39. I have nothing in my purchase history for 6 months. It is not my monthly Disney Plus subscription. I can't reach a human on Roku and my credit card says they can't dispute it without canceling my credit card. Help!

I don't know if subscriptions show up under purchase history as well as under subscriptions, but did you check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ?

The answer given for how to resolve billing issues is always to jump through the hoops at https://support.roku.com/contactus .  Good luck...
