First, verify that the Roku account you are logging into to check your subscriptions and purchases is the same one your Roku is linked to, as indicated by email address viewed via Roku menu path Settings > System > About. If you have more than one Roku, check them all, as you may have created more than one Roku account.
Note that spammers can call their charges anything they want so don't assume a charge that says it's from Roku necessarily is from Roku. Dispute any false charges with the financial institution that is reporting them - they can trace them back to the account that actually placed them.
