Billing issue: I have no subscriptions on Roku but was charged
I have no current subscription to anything on Roku I’ve checked a dozen times but I was charged $18.76 for a subscription to something I can’t find that I’m supposed to be subscribed to.
This is a reoccurring problem I need to know how to get my refund and stop any further mistakes like this immediately. I logged into my account went to my subscriptions and there aren’t any that I’ve made I would know this is fraud and must and will be handled!
Re: Billing issue: I have no subscriptions on Roku but was charged
First, verify that the Roku account you are logging into to check your subscriptions and purchases is the same one your Roku is linked to, as indicated by email address viewed via Roku menu path Settings > System > About. If you have more than one Roku, check them all, as you may have created more than one Roku account.
Note that spammers can call their charges anything they want so don't assume a charge that says it's from Roku necessarily is from Roku. Dispute any false charges with the financial institution that is reporting them - they can trace them back to the account that actually placed them.
