I updated my billing information and still not receiving any channels to watch. I can’t even watch my other channels from my provider. Can you please check this for me??

What channel are you trying to access? Are all other streaming channels playing content normally?
When you go into the account settings of your Roku device through Settings > System > About, are you using the same email that is shown?

We stream through Comcast our provider which has nothing to do with Roku!! We have Roku Tv.

Is it only the xfinity app that isn't working?
It was in Guest mode. After we took that off it started working. Thanks for the help.
