I have tried using the "support.roku.com" website for help and it is the most unhelpful website to date. I would much prefer speaking to a human or at least a live chat.
My account was billed $14.99 for Roku Warner Media. What is this? I do not have any subscriptions or orders in my Roku account. When I "click" purchases in the last 30 days, it shows nothing and kicks me out. I am not getting any assistance and I am very frustrated.
How can I help with this issue? I would like my money refunded because I did not give authorization for this and clearly, my account has zero record of it.
For that dollar amount and the billing name, it sounds like HBO Max. Log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and see if it shows a subscription there.
