Billig accounts and payment method

I’ve been being charged for months for roku but the charges isn’t showing up in my subscriptions. I called but they gave me a support number how do I cancel and get all my money back

There is no charge for Roku.  Call credit card or bank and dispute the charges.  Nothing Roku can do for you.  Did you pay to activate your Roku?  If you paid to activate your Roku you were a victim of a scam.  Try to find out where your payment is going.
