Being charged twice for the same subscription in less then a week and no help or support

ruko charged my account twice in this week for the same subscription. And when I call or try to talk to someone there is no help. This is really an inconvenience. Yall are taking people money and not giving any support that we can call that can help us dispute it. How is this possible.

You can reach them on our Official Support Website and choose "Account, payments & subscriptions," so you will have the option to talk, chat, or email with one of our live representatives.
