Anyone else continued to be charged for a free trial on a movie channel AFTER canceling subscription because it was just the same programs over and over? 10.99 a month for about 6 months and I wasn't using it because I KNOW I canceled. Now no refund? For something I canceled!!??
I too was doing some research on the paramount plus channel. Seal Team one of my fav shows was supposed to be streaming 5th season. So I set everything up, clicked on the $5.99 monthly WITH A 7 DAY FREE TRIAL, looked for my show, seeing that only first 4 seasons available to watch. So I cancelled and was already charged for the year🤬🤬 How can charge not be refunded when you don’t want subscription AND CANCELLED within 7 day free trial?????

I just noticed that I have been charged $30 a month for "Roku for Hulu". I havent had a Hulu account in a very long time. I tried logging into the account but they don't recognize my email so I chose to use an alternative option to log in and it said I don't have an account. So I went to my roku subscriptions and it's not there either. I opened a support ticket on Roku but not feeling optimistic after reading some comments. Roku owes me $330 refund for charges on services I am not subscribed to. Please tell me someone out there has been successful in resolving any issues like this 🙏
If you went to subscriptions and the subscription is not there the charge is NOT from Roku. You need to contact your bank or credit card provider about the charges.
I have the same issue. I cancel CBS before the trial was over and they still charging me . I call them and they only trying to resolve your problems online, there's no way you can talk to anyone on the phone. I'm very frustrated. They charging me double.

Did you login to your account and check your subscriptions? If the subscription is not showing in your account you purchased it from someone else. The internet is loaded with scam sites offering free trials. You need to contact your bank or credit card company.
In the same boat. My son is very into the Blazers, so we signed up for the 7 day free trial of Fubo TV through Roku on January 3rd, so he could watch some of the game against the Hawks. I set a reminder in my phone to cancel the trial on January 9th, which I did.
A weird thing happened that I didn't think anything of until this morning.
On the 9th, I went into my subscriptions on the Roku site, clicked cancel free trial, and chose "cost" for the reason for cancellation. I was rerouted to the "you've been signed out" page. I assumed my subscription was cancelled and this was the next logical page I'd see.
This morning, after receiving a charge for $64.99 for a month's worth of Fubo TV, I immediately knew something was wrong. I went back in to cancel the subscription through Roku (now the 10th), followed the same steps, but this time after choosing "cost" was rerouted to a page showing my subscription was cancelled.
Roku needs to fix this issue and issue a refund.

There's a billing option for submitting a billing issue.
