Being charged for roku and don’t have an account

I’m being charged $19.99 a month for “roku for philo” and I don’t even know what roku is. Can’t call because it just tells me to go to website but website wants me to log in. I do not have an account. WANT TO STOP PAYMENTS

Keep in mind that spammers can call their bogus charges anything they like.  Don't assume that a charge that says it's from Roku necessarily is from Roku.

Challenge these charges with the financial institution through which these charges are arriving.  They can trace the charges back to their actual source.

Why was I charged a Roku charge and I've been having a Roku Smart TV for over 2 years?
