I cancelled my subscription for BET Plus back in June 2021. Why am I still being charged. I've spoke with Bet Plus and Roku and no one seems to understand that my card is being charged. I have sent screenshots for everytime they take the money. What should I do

I'm also being charged extra by bet+ and I canceled my subscription but they said I could use it and I did not and they charged me again
