Hello I am being billed 17.51 and I have no idea why. I Checked my recent purchases history and there was nothing there. I would like a refund or at least tell me what the charge is for.

Did you ever get your money back? I’ve been billed $5.99 every month since last summer and I have no idea why. I even canceled the credit card but that doesn’t stop Roku
Stop billing me. This is not a valid bill.
Have you logged into your Roku account and checked your subscriptions and purchases. If the item is not in your Roku subscriptions or purchases it is NOT from Roku.
Roku is the worst, no engrossment. When I, purchased my 2 smart tv's Roku was on there under the name April, her last name escapes me, this is not morally sound. How can this be? short answer, the tv is refurbished, point-blank. these people are the worst. so undermining and covert, I have never seen anything like this in my life. I was told over a year ago that all I had to do was pay a one-time activation fee and now I'm being told that I need to pay a one-time life long of $110.00 to upgrade the service or pay the same fee to cancel my subscription. At this time I am LIVID, I told them to, KISS MY AUNT IN THE COUNTRY, for free, how about that!

I am being charged for things I did not purchase every month, starz, hulu, warnermedia, disney showtime and I don't have these
