Not realizing it till now ya probably my fault but I've been being charged twice for hbo max  been charged here on roku and also with my youtubetv account. Can I get a refund on all the money or am I screwed???

Roku says subscriptions are prepaid/nonrefundable.  I just browsed YouTube TV's policy and while not as plainly stated, it sounds quite similar in effect. (Though that is just the opinion of some guy on the internet, so you can certainly check/try for yourself.)

You should definitely be able to cancel one of them going forward, though.

NEVER subscribe through a 3rd party. I would strongly recommend cancelling BOTH subscriptions and then signing up directly at HBOMax.com using a web browser (if you go through an app, Apple/Google will get 30% of your monthly fee.)
