Automatic subscription to Max

Hi everyone,

I just received a notification and charge for a yearly Max subscription through Roku. I haven’t signed up for this and I wasn’t allowed to cancel and get a refund through my Roku account.

Has this happened to anyone else and were you able to get a refund through Roku?
