I currently have and had the Shudder app subscription for quite sometime now. Every single time I go into the app itself, it asks me to renew it but after I log in it says that I currently have the subscription and to log in again just to say the same message over and over again….what in the world is going on?!?! This has been an on going issue to the point that I’m just going to straight cancel it for good. Any suggestions to this dilemma of mine??? Thanks 😊

You're seeing this error message because you have an existing subscription for that channel billed by Roku. Just a heads up, there are two options to sign in to the Shudder app: The Shudder and the "Shudder on Roku channel." I highly suggest signing in to one of the apps using your login credentials.
To check if a subscription is billed and managed through Roku, visit my.roku.com/subscriptions and click on My Subscriptions.
