I've tried 3x's to buy a roku device, to replace my roku 2 they quit upgrading software on, and I get all the way up to paying through paypal, sign into paypal, hit pay button, and get looped back into Roku's site and check out BS again loop. Customer service is a joke, IM can't answer my questions, Raul, and Mohhamed and no answers, toll free number is actually 816 area code for Kansas city, I'm not paying for a long distance call for being stuck on hold for who knows how long. I guess it's back to ebay to buy a replacement. This site is a joke,
I gave up the last time I tried to use Paypal for an order. Roku's web team is and always has been incompetent. The easiest thing to do is to add a credit card to your account (I used a Citi virtual account number) and then remove it after your purchase.
