I am getting billed $6.46 two times a month. I always thought Roku was free. Any idea what this charge could be?

Purchases through Roku should be available for view at https://my.roku.com/account/purchases

Look there and see if that rings any bells.

Did you go through the steps listed above? That's how to see what subscriptions you have through Roku billing.
