I found that I had subscribed to AcornTV on both my Roku and Acorn accounts. To reverse one of the duplicates, since my Acorn account was the only one I could contact via email, I had them cancel my account, leaving my active AcornTV account on Roku. However, now when I try to access programming on my AcornTV app, and also when I sign out and sign back in using the Roku login info, I get the error message: "You have already subscribed to AcornTV via Roku. Please use the credentials you used when you subscribed to sign in. 2500-000000-607" [Close]. I was going to try to cancel this subscription on Roku and set it back up again, however it only allows ending the auto renewal leaving this account active for now almost a year. How do I reconnect my AcornTV app back to the active subscription on Roku???
