The fact you logged in here indicates you have successfully created a Roku account. So, the issue would be to ensure your device is linked to your Roku account.

Scroll to the bottom. Do you see your device? I'll assume not. So, if that's the case, and your device is hanging up during setup, do a factory reset of the device. There's a Reset button somewhere on the device. With power applied, press and hold for NO LESS THAN 30 SECONDS. All caps means it's important.
Then, power up and try again.
