I signed up for ASY TV, a new channel on Roku. After a day or 2 I realized the content wasn’t fo me. I messaged them and asked how I cancel and they stated to just delete the App and I won’t be charged again. Today I was charged again.
I went to their Facebook site and asked how I could go about cancelling and was told by Brandon Bishop the head of ASY TV to try emailing cancellingislame@gm$&l.com.
I wanted to warn others before it happened to you. Roku.. hopefully you will read this and realize that affiliation with businesses like this is a black mark on your brand
Thanks for the post.
As a rule of thumb, if you purchased a subscription through the channel provider, you will need to contact the channel provider for further assistance regarding your subscription.
However, if you purchased a subscription through Roku Pay, you will need to log into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and select Manage your subscriptions to cancel your subscription.
For more information about managing your subscriptions, visit our Support page here: How do I unsubscribe or cancel my subscription?
If you need further assistance with account and billing related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.
Thanks,
Danny

I recently discovered the same convoluted ASY.TV subscription cancellation procedure. Making it so difficult to unsubscribe is very “lame” indeed.
