I understand that you are trying to install AMC+ in your Roku devices however it is asking you to enter a Roku Pin code, is that correct?
When you go into the account settings of your Roku device through Settings > System > About, are you using the same email that is shown? Once you verify the email directly from your device, please check this link to update or create a new Roku pin code How to create or update the PIN for your Roku account
Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
