I have a reoccurring payment come out of my bank account. It says that it's from roku bell.media and the only thing I have tried to order was Crave a few months ago. Now my issue is that I can not go onto crave because it states that I do not have a subscription. As well as my roku account has no record of a subscription or payment. Yet each month a $11.29 comes out.
Make sure you're logging in at https://my.roku.com with the email address that shows on your Roku under Settings->System->About. If you have more than one Roku device verify that the email address shown on each one matches. More than one person has unknowingly created more than one Roku account.
Finally, if you don't see any purchases or subscriptions shown on your Roku account there's a good chance it's not coming from Roku. The description on your statement means very little. Call your financial institution and make them trace it back to where it really came from.
Bell Media is the owner of Crave, so that ties the two together.
I agree with @renojim -- Check all the Roku accounts (identified by email address) shown via Settings > System > About on all of your Roku units, to be sure there are no Crave subscriptions you are not aware of.
If there are none, don't assume that the charge saying it comes from Roku necessarily means it is coming from Roku. Scammers can call their charges anything they please. Challenge unrecognized charges with the financial institution through which the charges are coming -- they have the ability to track them back to their origin.
