As of today 10/10/2021. I update my credit card payment card, and noticed two attempted was being pending, when it should be for just one payment on each month in the about of $8.55. I notices on my credit card payment "there has been two payments deducted from my credit cards, in the about of $8.55. Why is this...it's onlying supposed to be for service for my TCL"65" 📺 onlying.

Service? There's no such thing as a "Roku service" fee. There are subscriptions to various providers that can be billed through Roku. You can check to see if you have any of these at http://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions .

I did not order AMC!!! I was charged 59.99 on 5/5/2022. My husband died this past year - Michael Haglund - could he have ordered it??? I just saw the charge on my credit card - please refund! I did not order it. Thank you

There is no "questions about my account billing" that I was able to find. Where is this?
@Italianbrian, the https://support.roku.com/contactus page has changed since this thread was started. Did you try the "Account, payments & subscriptions" option?
I found out why I have been billed. I never knew what that charge was from Roku. I found out by looking through the subscriptions. A channel I thought I had cancelled, was not, so I cancelled it. Thank You for replying! -Brian
