$10.48 CREDIT...for Disney plus...allegedly????

Ok...So my husband received an email from Roku saying we would be receiving a refund. The second email said we would be receiving $10.48 refund and showed a date about two weeks after our annual subscription to Disney plus renewed. We have no idea why this would be credited. I paid the subscription through Disney not Roku. Any ideas?? Or is this a scam/spam/phishing??

If you didn't initiate a refund with the Roku support team or Disney's support team, please let us know and we'll take the conversation into a private message to collect more information and investigate this issue for you.
