Zero customer response to Roku stick issues
I purchased the Roku stick. The USB cord that came with it is, defective. The USB end does not fit into the wall plug that came with it. Also the stick is loose in the HDMI connection on my TV. Tried to order free adapter online keep getting message serial number unknown I have used O and zero. Two emails sent to support ZERO responses. After reading reviews in community group ready to reach out to BBB to report this useless misrepresentation of customer service
