We understand that you are experiencing issues with streaming on the YouTube Live channel, and we want to help resolve this.
To investigate the matter further, please provide us with the following information:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

OS Version is 14.0 build 4.12221-04
Is the Serial Number and Device ID safe to display publicly here in the forum? Can I just private message you that information instead?
