Assuming you're speaking of a Roku TV, it's not the Hardware ID that would be all zeros, it's the MAC address. If it says the Wi-Fi hardware is missing, there's no hope of connecting to a Wi-Fi network. If it's still under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If your TV has an Ethernet port, you could use a wired connection. If it's not still under warranty and you're not comfortable with taking it apart, you can always connect a separate Roku device to the TV.
