What wireless earbuds or headphones are compatible with my TCL Roku tv

None. You can use the private listening feature of the Roku app on your phone and then use your wireless earbuds/headphones with it.
A few of the standalone players now support Bluetooth headphones, but I don't believe any of the TVs do.
