wifi wouldn’t connect so i factory rest tv. it’s still not

i keep getting a 003 error code and with i click exit it just goes to a blank screen and i can’t do anything it’s been like this for 2 days and idk what to do it’s a tcl roku 4k 43” i think

    Thanks for letting us know about this. To better understand the issue you're running into.

    Could you tell us more about this? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? When did you start seeing the issue occur? Have you tried restarting your device from Settings>System>System restart to see if you're still seeing the same issue occur?

    We also suggest restarting your router and connecting to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if there are any differences.

    Let us know more about this so that we can further zoom in on it.
