WiFi Suddenly stopped working

All of a sudden, and without having changed anything, my Roku can longer connect to my WiFi (or any of the other optional hotspots available.) It sees all the available networks, but after I type in the appropriate password, the wheel spins and gives me errod code 014.30. I've tried numerous resets on the Roku as well as my router, without success. My device is a Model 3811x

    Your ISP (Internet service provider) may have made a change to your router's configuration, although I'm not sure why a hotspot wouldn't work.  Assuming you're trying to connect to a 2.4GHz channel (1 to 11), make sure your router's wireless mode is set to b/g/n and not g/n.

    If you need help, post the name of your ISP and the model name and number written on your router.
