WIFI Passwords not Saved by Roku

I have a Roku Stick and a Roku Tv I recently bought. I noticed with BOTH that the ROKU DOES NOT save Wifi passwords.

I had my stick connected to my home wifi they took to a friends house and when I got home I had to re-enter my ho,e Wifi password again?

I just got a ROKU TV and connected it to my home wifi. I then plugged it into my ethernet cable to test that. After I unplugged the ethernet I had to enter my home wifi password again?

Doesn't Roku save wifi passwords? If so how do you do it?

    It should save passwords for multiple networks.  I don't know how many, but I regularly switch between two.  It won't show the password, but it populates the password field and you just have to select "Connect".
