Wifi keeps dropping on my roku tv

I have fiber optic internet and it's super fast...now all of the sudden my roku tv keeps saying it's not connected to the network. I have tried updating, and clearing cache, and soft reset, and network reset. Issue ID 0A-043-458

    I understand your Roku TV keeps dropping from the network. Let's work together to resolve this. 

    Please share the following info to help us out:

    • What error message/code are you getting after trying to connect to your network? (after entering the network credentials)
    • Model and OS version of your Roku device
    • Have you tried connecting your Roku TV to your mobile hotspot?

        Don't get an error message just the device freezes or the circle comes on the TV and starts spinning
