WiFi connect at home not at a hotel or dorm

Why am I being asked to connect to home or a hotel. I am at home and won’t accept that answer and the tv is refusing to play any apps. Why has this started happening after 2 years and how do you fix the issue.  I AM AT HOME

    Try restarting all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router.
