Why is the Roku Tv saying it needs more power

As the title says my tv is having a problem that its saying it needs more power Even though the power is strong

(my tv Does not have a remote or wifi for it so i only use the Hdmi to play)

The tv says onn on the top left

Does the message mention "USB"? Do you have anything plugged into the TV's USB port?

  I screwed the antenna to the port, plugged in the USB cable and it says it needs more power. What gives? There is no external power supply.

    Don1904, try using a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet. Does the antenna/amplifier say how much power it needs?
